Householders are asked to pre-pay for insect control treatments, our pest control officers are not allowed to take cash, cheques or any payment from customers.
The pre-payment system is simple, efficient and easy to use.
Customers can pay with major debit and credit cards over the phone, when they ring in with their pest control issue. You may also be able to pay by phoning and making a card payment, while the pest control officer carries out the treatment.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Domestic customers may cancel pest control services within 14 days of placing their order and receive a refund if works haven't already been completed.
