Review of a premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

A responsible authority, or any other person, can call for a review of a licence or certificate because of a matter in connection with any of the four licensing objectives:

  • prevention of crime and disorder
  • public safety
  • prevention of public nuisance
  • protection of children from harm

 Any other person for the purposes of the Licensing Act 2003 can be any individual, body or business entitled to make representations to licensing authorities in relation to applications for the grant, variation, minor variation or review of premises licences and club premises certificates, regardless of their geographic proximity to the premises.

You are required to complete and submit an Application Form, to the Licensing Team.
