The Council are introducing table top sales on the second Saturday each month at Sutton Outdoor Market, starting from 12th October 2019 alongside the existing retail market. The sales are open to crafters, makers and bakers, or people selling second hand or used goods.
Each table top space will be located under one of our gazebos and you can either bring your own table or we can provide trestles and boards. Each space will be a maximum of 1.8 metres wide x 0.6 metres deep and costs just £6.00. You can apply for multiple tables, or you can apply for a full 3 metre x 3 metre gazebo for £12.00. Please note that we do not accept cash, all fees must be paid by debit or credit card.
To apply for a space at the table top sales you must complete an application form available from the Markets Office or download here. All space must be pre-booked and confirmed at least 2 days before the sale. You will need to arrive at the market by 8.30 a.m. on the day and all vehicles removed from site by 9.00 a.m. You will also need to comply with the Outdoor Market Rules and Regulations which are available on request or can be viewed on the Markets webpage www.ashfield.gov.uk/markets by following the ‘Become A Market Trader’ link.
