We are currently in the process of moving all Direct Debits for Garden Waste onto our brand new payment system.
As a result, some customers may have prematurely received a notification from their bank of the set-up of a new Direct Debit. If you have received one of these notifications, please do not be alarmed and no action is required unless you no longer want your Garden Waste to be collected.
All customers will soon receive a letter to tell them the amount and date the payment will be taken.
All customers are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee which means we cannot take payment without first notifying the customer. All customers also have the right to cancel a Direct Debit at any time.
