Exercise At Home

We understand that gym and sports facilities are currently closed and some of you have been exercising at home instead. Whilst we recognise exercise is important and has huge health benefits, we ask you to do this without causing a disruption for your neighbours.  

With this in mind, before you exercise please consider the following:

  • Time of day – Exercise to reasonable daytime hours
  • Using Weights - Do not drop weights on the floor
  • Avoid Repetitive jumping that creates loud noises
  • Music and online classes - Keep the volume down or use wireless headphones so you can listen to your workout music without disturbing others.
