The Integrated Services HUB is based at the council offices in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. It includes a Police counter for public enquiries.

The HUB ensures a joined -up, proactive approach to issues with improved communication and smarter working. Organisations can share information, respond effectively and avoid duplication.
Integrated working provides a financial benefit for all of the organisations and will ensure on-going savings for both Ashfield District Council and Nottinghamshire Police.
