Ashfield has a wide variety of fine parks which provide relaxing open spaces in the town centres, educational activities, cafés and natural environments to relax and enjoy.

Water safety

If you see someone in trouble in water, call 999, and ask for Fire and Rescue.

Then tell the person to float on their back.

If available, throw them something that floats.
