The Brownfield Land Register provides up-to-date, publicly available information on brownfield land that is suitable for housing within the District.
The Brownfield Land Register is in two Parts:-
1) Part 1 is a list of all brownfield sites appropriate for residential development, regardless of their planning status
2) Part 2 includes those sites in Part 1 that the Council considers would be suitable for a grant of 'permission in principle'.
No sites within the District have been entered into Part 2 at this stage.
The Brownfield Land Register is available to view using the interactive map below, as a spreadsheet, as GIS shape files, and as site plans.
