Sign Up by Direct Debit


Why not enjoy the convenience of a rolling subscription and sign up by direct debit? This option not only gives you peace of mind that you won’t miss the start of the season; as this option saves time and money for the council each year, you save too! The cost of a subscription by direct debit is £28 for the season for the 1st bin and £14 for each additional bin.

How to complete the Direct Debit mandate form

  1. You can call us and do it over the phone on 0800 183 84 84
  2. Alternatively, download the Direct Debit Mandate form by clicking the button above
  3. Fill out all details on the mandate form including the property address 
    for the collection and number of garden waste bins that are being paid for.
  4. Send the Mandate Form to the Council Offices via post or hand in to the Council Offices

The charge for the service is £34 for the season for the 1st bin and £17 for each additional if paid annually by a one off payment. Please note that payments made online take approximately 10 working days to process.

How to complete the online payment

  2. In the reference field enter your address
  3. Enter payment amount (£34 for 1 garden waste bin, 
    add £17 to the original amount for each additional bin paying for)
  4. Enter name and address in required fields
  5. Confirm payment
