The annual Christmas light switch on event returns to Sutton on Thursday 20 November 2025.

The newly-refurbished Portland Square, Sutton, will play host to the Christmas light switch on event for the first time in years. 

Starting at 4.30pm with the light switch on around 7pm, the event will feature a Christmas market (location tbc), a stage with community performances, and hot food and drinks.
