Ada - Our virtual assistant
Our Virtual Assistant - ADA (Ashfield’s Digital Assistant) is on hand 24/7 to help you look for general council services and enquiries.
ADA will be live from 22 April 2025, and is part of our commitment to improving accessibility and efficiency to customers. ADA will continue to be developed and soon there will be an option to chat with live agents in working hours for certain queries should the virtual assistant not answer your request.
