Report abandoned houses

Sometimes tenants leave their properties without telling us. We may not know a house belonging to us has become empty. 

Empty properties are likely to be subject to vandalism or anti-social behaviour. We rely on neighbours and members of the public to report abandoned properties to us.

If you think a property has been abandoned you can tell us by telephone, at the number given in the contact details section of this page.

You can report empty commercial or business properties and industrial units to us too:
