What information will be collected?
The surveyor will record a variety of information about the building components in your home, this may include some photographs or measurements. This will include things like the level of loft insulation, or the type of windows and external doors fitted at your home.

The information collected helps us plan for future schemes of improvement works across the district. Please be aware that the surveyor visiting your home will not be able to provide any details of planned works at your home.

Further surveys are usually required before any works commence, and these will be arranged with you before any works can be confirmed.
Can I decline access for the survey?
