Our Housing performance report provides you with the most recent performance information for key areas of the social housing services we provide to our tenants and leaseholders.
The report automatically updates monthly, so that our customers can see how we are performing, in line with our internal performance reporting.
Report trend key:
There are 3 trend levels in the report; getting better, getting worse or staying the same. These are represented in the report by an arrow pointing up, an arrow pointing down or a dash.
