Graduates

Funding made available through the Pathway to Work Programme makes provision for us to attract and retain talented young people in the district by encouraging them to consider a career in local government.

A limited number of paid placement opportunities are made available to Ashfield undergraduates (8 weeks during the summer) and graduates (6 months flexible at any time of year) internally.

Placements involving interesting and varied roles and a great chance to gain valuable experience to further your career prospects are offered across a wide range of service areas including:
