Dates and times

• Matter 8 - Design, developer contributions and other place making policies
• Matter 9 - The supply and delivery of housing land
• Matter 10 - Site allocations
• Matter 11 - Transport and infrastructure
• Matter 12 - Viability

Hearing statements

The deadline for the submission of Hearing statements for week 2 is 5pm on Friday 31 October.

For weeks 3 and 4 the deadline is Friday 1 December 2025.

Statements will be added to the Hearings statements page as they become available.

Public observation

If you wish to observe the hearings live at in the Council Chamber, seating is available.
