Kirkby Market

Kirkby outdoor market takes place every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

There are an assortment of stalls selling many products and services for your daily needs and requirements. New traders are always welcome, please contact us for more information.

Car parking and public transport

Parking is available at Ellis Street and Hodgkinson Road car parks. Both are just a short walk from the market and offer 2 hours free parking with a maximum stay of 2 hours. There is more information on the Kirkby in Ashfield car parking page.

Regular bus and train services operate daily from Nottingham, Mansfield and surrounding areas.

Kirkby events plaza

There is a purpose built events and entertainments space adjacent to Kirkby in Ashfield market and town centre shops.

Events such as the Christmas festival, Armed Forces Day and Active Ashfield Factor take place here. The plaza is also available for community groups and private hire.
