Ashfield rocks out at Hucknall Fest 2026
Hucknall Fest was, once again, a brilliant success as thousands turned out to Titchfield Park on Saturday 4 July.
Organised by Out of the Box Events on behalf of Ashfield District Council, the annual festival continued its tradition of showcasing top-tier local talent, family attractions, and headline performances that brought the whole district together.
The day was jam-packed with a full line-up of local artists and brilliant tribute acts.
The festival closed with a powerful headline set from an Oasis tribute band, which rounded off the event with iconic anthems that got the crowd singing and dancing along.
It wasn’t just the music that made the atmosphere lively on Saturday.
Beyond the main stage, Hucknall Fest provided a packed programme of family-friendly activities. Visitors enjoyed a mega funfair, an aerial circus performance from Hikapee Theatre, a lively dog show, and a bustling market village filled with local traders.
A wide selection of food and drink stalls ensured festival-goers were well catered for throughout the day.
Cllr Wilmott, Councillor for Hucknall North, said:
“Hucknall Fest continues to be one of the most anticipated events of the year, and 2026 was no exception.
“It’s fantastic to see so many residents and visitors enjoying a day filled with music, entertainment, and community spirit. Events like this show the very best of Hucknall.”
Cllr Waters, Councillor for Hucknall Central, added:
“The atmosphere at Titchfield Park was incredible from start to finish.
“We’re proud to support events that bring people together and celebrate local talent.
“With Ashfield Show just around the corner, residents can look forward to an even bigger and better weekend of entertainment this August.”
With community spirit at its heart, Hucknall Fest 2026 proved once again to be a highlight of Hucknall’s summer calendar.
Excitement is already building for the next major event, Ashfield District Council’s flagship event of the summer, Ashfield Show, taking place on 7, 8 and 9 August at Sutton Lawn.
