Notice of application for injunction – ADC V Price, Cox & Persons Unknown

Following the unauthorised residential use of land at Land adjacent to Woodend Inn, Chesterfield Road, Huthwaite, NG17 2QJ. Ashfield District Council hereby gives notice to ‘Persons Unknown’ of a proposed application for an injunction to be heard at Nottingham County Court, on 5 August 2026 at 2pm.
