Persons unknown interim injunction and Notice of Hearing
Following the unauthorised residential use of land and carrying out of development on land adjacent to Woodend Inn, Chesterfield Road, Huthwaite, NG17 2QJ, an interim injunction has been granted. Ashfield District Council hereby gives notice to ‘Persons Unknown’ of a further hearing that has been listed at Nottingham County Court for 10am on 22 September 2026.
