Sutton Lawn set to light up for Sparks in the Park 2026

Ashfield's popular fireworks extravaganza is set to return to Sutton Lawn on Saturday 7 November.

Now in its third year, Sparks in the Park promises an evening packed with spectacular fireworks, entertainment and family fun. Visitors can enjoy music from a live DJ, a funfair and, for the first time, a selection of traders.

The event will feature 2 displays, gates open at 4pm, with a children's fireworks display starting at 6pm, followed by the main fireworks spectacular at 8pm.

Free to attend, Sparks in the Park is expected to draw families from across the district for a memorable evening of entertainment and community celebration.

John Bennett, Executive Director of Place for Ashfield District Council, said:

"We're delighted to bring Sparks in the Park back to Sutton Lawn for another year. The event has quickly become a popular fixture in Ashfield's events calendar, bringing together residents of all ages for a fantastic evening of family entertainment.
