Proposed introduction of Ashfield District Council Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2026

Ashfield District Council is proposing to introduce a new Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order (“the Proposed Order”) and is undertaking a consultation which is now live, as required by the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 (“the 1996 Regulations”).

The Proposed Order relates to existing off-street parking places provided by the Council at the locations listed in the Notice of Proposals.

Documents giving giving full details of the proposals, including the Proposed Order, the notice of proposals, the statement of reasons (setting out the reasons for the Proposed Order) and some explanatory notes are available in the related documents section of this page and for inspection at:
