Brownfield land register

The brownfield land register provides up to date, publicly available information on brownfield land that is suitable for housing within Ashfield.

The brownfield land register is in 2 parts:

  • Part 1 is a list of all brownfield sites appropriate for residential development, regardless of their planning status
  • Part 2 includes those sites in Part 1 we consider would be suitable for a grant of 'permission in principle'.

We don't currently have any sites listed in Part 2.
