Jacksdale, Underwood and Selston Neighbourhood Plan

A neighbourhood plan for Selston has been adopted as part of the development plan and will be considered in planning applications in the area until 2032.

The plan was adopted (made) following a referendum in 2017 when more than 50% of those who voted said yes to the question:

"Do you want Ashfield District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Selston to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

It is known as the JUS-T plan (Jacksdale Underwood Selston - Tomorrow) and full information is on their website:
