Our corporate performance data provides you with the most recent performance information for key areas identified in the Corporate Plan.

Corporate Plan

Our Corporate Plan is a strategic document that outlines our vision, priorities, and goals for the medium to long term, focusing on how we will use our resources and actions to achieve desired outcomes for the community.

Performance data

The performance data includes measures linked to our 6 priorities. Each priority has a corporate delivery scorecard which presents relevant data on our delivery against the priority.
The dashboard presents data from Pentana, our corporate performance management system, where the majority of indicators are collected quarterly (some are monthly or annually). Progress on the Corporate Plan actions are updated on an ad-hoc basis by officers (at least quarterly). The latest refresh date of the updates can be found within the dashboard.
