We are determined to move from good to great across all our services, including how we engage with our residents across Ashfield.


We have received valuable feedback about our Citizens’ Panel. The feedback has reflected on the name of the Citizens’ Panel, suggesting that it sounds overly formal, outdated and isn’t clear enough on the purpose.

As a result of this feedback, we need your help to transform and review how we engage with our residents, starting with our Citizens’ Panel.
