Proposed introduction of Ashfield District Council civil enforcement off-street parking places order 2026
Ashfield District Council proposes to consider the introduction of the above Order (“the Proposed Order”) and is undertaking consultation, as required by the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 (“the 1996 Regulations”).
The Proposed Order relating to existing off-street parking places provided by the Council at the locations listed in the draft Notice of Proposal to make the Order, together with the Statement of Reasons setting out why the Council is proposing to make the Order.

Any person may object or make representations to the making of the Proposed Order by 27 March 2026.
Objections and representations must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and these must be sent to the Executive Director, Operations at the address given or by email:
