To report an emergency or urgent repair, please contact us directly.
If your Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm activates or you can smell gas, contact the National Gas Emergency Helpline:

Please contact our Repairs Call Handling Centre after the National Gas Transporter has visited your home:

If you inform us of any suspected gas leaks, we will immediately inform the National Gas Transporter on your behalf before proceeding with any repairs.
When are we open?
The Repairs Call Handling Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm for the reporting of all repairs and maintenance issues.
When do we carry out repairs?
The Repairs and Maintenance service operates Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.
Outside of normal working hours we offer a ‘make safe’ repair service.

Requesting a repair
You can request a repair through the Tenant Portal or this online form.
It will take less than 5 minutes to tell us about the repair you need, where your home is, and your contact details. We'll then be in touch with you to make an appointment.
If there is a risk to life or likely to be major damage to your home or surrounding homes telephone us.
