Tenants editorial panel

Our Editorial Panel gives tenants the opportunity to shape and how we communicate and engage with our tenants.

Members review newsletters, leaflets, letters, website content and other tenant communications to help ensure information is clear, relevant and easy to understand.

Any tenant can join the panel, whether or not they are already involved in one of our other tenant groups. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you can still share your feedback in advance so that your views can be included in the discussion.

The panel meets quarterly, and is regularly attended by senior officers, and our Corporate Communications team, giving members the opportunity to share ideas, provide direct feedback and help improve the way we communicate with tenants.

The panel plays an important role in ensuring tenant voices are reflected in our communications and that information is accessible, engaging and meaningful for everyone.
