Tenant involvement

At Ashfield District Council, we believe tenants should have a genuine say in shaping the services they receive. We offer a range of opportunities for tenants to share their views, influence decisions and help improve housing services.

Whether you can spare five minutes to complete a survey or would like to join one of our involvement groups, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make a difference.

Feedback and recommendations from involved tenants help us review services, improve communication, influence decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement across housing services.

Through scrutiny reviews, consultations, surveys and involvement groups, tenants play an important role in helping us shape and improve the services we provide.

Tenant participation advisory service (TPAS)

We are members of the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), the leading tenant engagement organisation in England.

TPAS supports landlords and tenants to work together effectively and helps us ensure that tenant involvement remains meaningful, inclusive and impactful.
