Tenant scrutiny panel

Our Tenant Scrutiny Panel is made up of trained volunteer tenants who independently review housing services.

Panel members investigate services, gather evidence and make recommendations for improvement. Their work helps ensure tenant feedback is at the heart of service development and decision-making.

No previous experience is needed and training and support are provided. If you're interested in helping to improve services for all tenants, we'd love you to get involved.
