Designated premises supervisor
If you are applying for a premises licence and will be selling or supplying alcohol you will need to have a named designated premises supervisor. They must hold a personal licence and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the premises.

Consent
As part of the premises licence application, a consent form for a designated premises supervisor will need to be returned to us. You can download it from this page and then submit with your premises licence application.
