Waste and recycling
We collect bins from every household in Ashfield and take away your rubbish and recycling.
We're working hard to reduce the amount of rubbish which goes to landfill and work with you to dispose of waste in a responsible way.
If you've got something bigger to get rid of we can help with that too. For a small charge we collect fridges, freezers, mattresses, cookers and more. Or we can help you find your nearest recycling centre or tip.
We work with more than 600 businesses in the area too. Our trade waste contracts are competitively priced, reliable, efficient, and compliant.
Christmas bin collection dates 2025
We are continuing all waste collection services throughout the festive period, with some revised dates to accommodate the holidays. Please visit the Christmas Bin Collection Dates page for further information.
Christmas Tree collection
We will be collecting real Christmas trees from the week after Christmas.
You can book a collection from Monday 29 December to Friday 2 January and your tree will be collected from 6 January onwards.
