Make payments online or over the phone?

Ashfield District Council is undertaking a brief customer experience survey to understand the effectiveness of the current payment system, with a particular interest in responses from those who make payments online using Ashfield District Council’s website and over the phone. All responses are anonymous as no personal information is requested and responses cannot be linked to any individual payment made.
