Repairs and home improvements
We have a responsibility to our tenants to keep your home in good repair.
We are responsible for:
- the outside and structure of your home
- fittings inside we have provided such as the water supply, sanitary fittings (for example toilets), gas, and electricity, and heating appliances.
You can check what you are responsible for in your home and when we might charge for repairs before requesting work from us.
When areas we are responsible for need repair you can request the repair or log the repair in the Tenant Portal. We try and work flexibly and in some cases - for elderly or disabled people - we may be able to come sooner. Let us know your circumstances when you request a repair.
