You can request a repair through the Tenant Portal or this online form.
It will take less than 5 minutes to tell us about the repair you need, where your home is, and your contact details. We'll then be in touch with you to make an appointment.

When do we carry out repairs?
Repair appointments are usually between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In some cases it may be possible for an appointment between 8.30am and 12.30pm on Saturdays. If you need an appointment outside of these times please let us know.
We'll carry out emergency repairs as needed. These may be temporary to make your home safe and we'll return later to carry out a full repair.
