Butler's Hill Business Park

Butler's Hill Business Park comprises a former allotment site developed by Ashfield District Council with grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund, the Greater Nottingham Partnership and East Midlands Development Agency to provide approximately 2.88 hectares of serviced employment land.

Location - NG15 7SZ

Hucknall is part of the Greater Nottingham Conurbation, lying approximately seven miles to the north west of Nottingham City Centre. The town has a resident population of 32,000 and enjoys fast transport links to Nottingham via the Nottingham Express Transit tram system and the Robin Hood Line, the latter providing a link to the national rail network. The site is located approximately one mile to the south east of Hucknall town centre, via Station Road and Wigwam Lane.
