Take a look at the King and Miller to Kingfisher plans

Wednesday 8 March 2017 Take a look at the King and Miller to Kingfisher plans

Plans for the major project to help preserve and promote Kings Mill Reservoir for future generations are now available for the public to view.

Ashfield District Council and Nottinghamshire County Council, together with partners, have secured £121,000 of support from National Lottery players for the project and now the new information panels are here.

The panels detail key aspects such as plans for developing activities, volunteering, the visitor centre, infrastructure improvement, heritage restoration and reservoir management.

The plans are available to view at both Kings Mill Reservoir visitor café, and Sutton Lawn's Rumbles café so why not pay them a visit this Spring and have a look.
