Ashfield District Council manages parking enforcement in the District of Ashfield as a member of the Notts Parking Partnership

Penalty charge notices

There are two levels of penalty charges that can be issued dependent upon the parking contravention.

The lower level is £50 - this is reduced to £25 if paid within 14 days.

The higher level is £70 - this is reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days.

Failure to pay within 28 days will lead to the Parking Partnership obtaining the details of the vehicle's registered owner and issuing a Notice to Owner demanding full payment. Further delays may lead to debt registration, an increase in the PCN amount and ultimately to bailiff enforcement.
