If contested, elections will be held on the same day for Selston Parish Council and Annesley and Felley Parish Council

Register to Vote
The deadline to register to vote for the election is 12 April 2019. If you are not already registered, you can register at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
Postal Vote Information
Postal votes for existing postal voters will be dispatched on 15 April 2019 by 1st class post with a further issue on 18 April 2019 for any new applications received by the closing deadline. If you are going on holiday before then, you can appoint a proxy.
The deadline to apply for a postal vote or make any changes to your existing postal or proxy arrangements is 15 April 2019 at 5pm.

Proxy Vote Information
The deadline to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the polling station is 24 April 2019 at 5pm. If you have an emergency due to illness or employment after this date, you should contact the elections unit for advice.

Please note that if you are an existing postal voter and apply to vote by proxy you must do so before the closing deadline of 15 April 2019 at 5pm. This will cancel your postal vote requiring you to make a new application for future elections.
