The Coldplay Tribute closed Hucknall Fest

Thousands enjoy a day of live music at Hucknall Fest 2025

Thousands of music fans descended on Hucknall to dance the night away to top tribute acts.

Hucknall Fest, hosted by Ashfield District Council, returned to Titchfield Park on Saturday, 5 July, and saw thousands descend on the park throughout the day for live music, fairground rides, a dog show and market village.

The day included tributes to Coldplay, Green Day, Olivia Rodrigo, Avril Lavigne and Sabrina Carpenter. Solo performers Ant Green and Izzye also took to the stage to get everyone in the festival mood.

The huge fairground saw the return of Midnight Express, Freak Out, Dodgems, Twister and the traditional Ferris Wheel.

This event was organised by Out of the Box Events, on behalf of Ashfield District Council.

John Bennett, Ashfield District Council’s Executive Director – Place, said:

“What a brilliant day. Thank you to everyone who came along on Saturday.
“It was another wonderful event and all of the performers were phenomenal. Thankfully the weather was kind to us. I look forward to doing it all again next year.
“Don’t forget to join us for the amazing Ashfield Show on 8, 9 and 10 of August. It promises to be another fantastic weekend.”

Ashfield Show will be held on Sutton Lawn and will be followed by the August Food and Drink Festival in Hucknall High Street on Sunday 17 August.
