Leaving Care

This page contains information for care leavers who are facing homelessness.

If you are currently in care or are a 'looked after' child under the age of 18 and you are worried you will be homeless, you should contact your social worker.

If you are not currently in care or a 'looked after' child and aged 16 or 17 and you are worried you will be homeless, you should contact the Nottinghamshire County Council Homeless Support Service within the Early Help Team on 0300 500 80

If you are 18 - 20 years old and have been in care or a 'looked after' child and you are worried you will be homeless, you should contact the Housing Options Team on 01623 457252 and your Personal Advisor and we will all work together to help you. 

If you are 21 - 24 years old and have been in care or a 'looked after' child and you are worried you will be homeless, you should contact the Housing Options Team on 01623 457252 and the 21Plus Service on 0115 8044154 and we will all work together to help you.
